Burekas
Ingredients
- 1.5 large onions
- 3 medium potatoes
- A good amount of olive oil
- 1.5 Tbsp mushroom seasoning
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Peel 2 Large onions and chop them up
Sautee onions until they are slightly brown (keep turning!)
Mix dry ingredients
Put dry ingredients in pan w cooked onions
and mix
Peel boiled potatoes
Mash potatoes in bowl
Add onions
Mash together
Add egg white
Bake at 380 for 20 minutes or until it looks like a Bureka
